$15 Surcharge per Swimmer paid to Coach or Board Member

ENTRY LIMITS:
Swimmers may enter up to four individual events and two relays per day.
There is no limit on the number of entries a team may have in each individual event.
All relay swimmers must be included with your team entry.

TIMERS:
We are asking for Volunteer Timers to help with the meet.

Assignments for each team will be posted after the entries.

SPECTATORS:
ADMISSION FEE
$5 per person, per session. Children 8 & Under not in the meet do not need to pay admission to  enter with their family.

 

COVID ITEMS:

  • Face Coverings- BGSU requires face coverings for everyone, regardless of vaccination status, in indoor public settings on our campuses. Face coverings are not required when eating or drinking in a dining facility, or when actively exercising indoors. 

    • Unvaccinated individuals should wear face coverings whenever they are around others on campus, both indoors and outdoors.

  • Athletes & Coaches should wear face coverings at all times unless actively in the water/coaching

  • Spectators are permitted

    • No physical distance/spacing between spectators is required

    • Face coverings are required for spectators and this policy is to be enforced by the renting organization, not BGSU

  • The facility is back to full capacity (no more participant limitations in spaces such as; pool deck, locker rooms, spectating areas, etc.)

  • Disinfecting the pool between swim session is no longer required

  • Concessions can be resumed provided they follow BGSU food guidelines

  • Vendors are permitted indoors provided their workers are wearing face coverings

 

PARKING:
Parking locations will be posted at: http://www.teamunify.com/ymca-5222
A parking pass may be required, if so, it will be posted on the website.
Please park only in approved lots to avoid tickets or towing.


HEAT SHEETS/PROGRAMS
$5.00 per session.
There will be a Morning Session and Afternoon Session of the heat sheet.


CONCESSION STAND
A complete concession stand will be available throughout the meet and will be located behind the tall bleachers.


ATHLETE APPAREL
Meet Apparel will be available throughout the meet. Look for pre-meet online ordering.


HANDICAP SEATING
Swimmers and Spectators with special needs are encouraged to contact the meet director 30 days before the start of the meet if any special needs or accommodations are necessary. Email dstannert@ymcatoledo.org to make arrangements.


CONDUCT AND RESTRICTIONS

No Flash Photography at the start of competition races.

No personal chairs are allowed in the spectator area.
Parents are responsible for the conduct of their children. Children are not allowed to roam the facility unattended.

The use of audio or visual recording devices, including a cell phone, is not permitted in changing areas, rest rooms or locker rooms.

Spectators are not permitted on deck.

No smoking, drugs, or alcohol are permitted in the swimming complex.
